5 Villas project

This project consists of 5 villas spread across 3 different plots, including two mirrored typical villas. The total built-up area of the villas is approximately 2,332 m².

My duties

• Preparation of Bills of Quantities.

• Coordinating with the Design Team to prepare and update the BOQ at each design stage.

• Preparation of Engineer’s Estimates.

• Preparation of Tender Documents.

• Responding to Contractors’ Queries during the tender phase.

• Supporting the preparation of the Tender Evaluation Report for senior management.
